How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost?

End of tenancy cleaning is priced based on the number of bedrooms and the condition of the property. A typical 2-bedroom flat in Derby starts from around £150–£200. We'll always give you a fixed quote upfront so there are no surprises on the day.

Do you charge extra for cleaning products and equipment?

No — all cleaning products and professional equipment are included in our price. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preference for specific eco-friendly or allergen-free products, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

For regular cleaning we typically ask for a minimum of 2 hours per visit. For deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans, we'll quote based on the full scope of work needed — there's no arbitrary minimum.

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean covers the day-to-day maintenance of your home — vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, and general tidying. A deep clean goes much further: hob and extractor fan, behind appliances, grout scrubbing, limescale removal, skirting boards, light fittings, and areas that don't get touched in a standard clean. Most customers start with a deep clean and then move to regular visits to maintain the standard.

What does end of tenancy cleaning include?

Our end of tenancy clean is designed to meet letting agent and landlord check-out standards. It includes a full deep clean of every room, hob and extractor fan, fridge and microwave inside and out, all cupboards inside and out, windows (internal), bathrooms descaled and sanitised, carpets vacuumed, and all hard floors mopped. We can also arrange professional carpet cleaning if required.

Can I book a one-off clean without committing to a regular schedule?

Absolutely. Our one-off clean is perfect if you need a thorough clean before a special occasion, after a party, when moving in, or simply when life has got on top of the housework. No contract, no commitment — just a great clean when you need it.

Do you clean commercial properties or offices?

Our focus is domestic cleaning — houses, flats, and rental properties. If you have a small home office or a property that blends residential and workspace, get in touch and we'll let you know if it's something we can help with.

How quickly can you start?

What days and hours do you work?

We work Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and Saturdays 9am–4pm. We don't currently offer Sunday visits, but if you have a specific requirement outside these hours, it's worth asking — we're flexible where we can be.

Will I always get the same cleaner?

Yes — for regular cleaning we aim to send the same person every visit. Consistency matters: your cleaner learns your preferences, knows your home, and you build a trusted routine. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll always let you know in advance.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel or reschedule?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer. We understand life happens — just give us a call or a message as soon as you know.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Ravikis Services LTD is fully insured with public liability insurance. You're covered in the unlikely event of accidental damage during a clean. We're happy to provide proof of insurance on request.

Are your cleaners vetted and background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everyone who works with Ravikis Services LTD is personally vetted before they enter a customer's home. We take trust seriously — you're letting us into your space, and we don't take that lightly.

Question 15

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our regular customers provide a key or a key safe code and we let ourselves in and out. We're fully insured and trusted — it's entirely your choice. We'll always send a message when we arrive and when we're done.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Accepted Answer

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of the clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right — no arguments, no charge. Getting it right matters more to us than anything else.
